The key to world peace 😌
Easy 20 minute eggless tiramisu to feed an army ♥️

Ingredients:
🥛 1+1/2 cup whipping cream
🧀 220 grams of mascarpone cheese (room temp)
🍬 1/4 cup granulated sugar
🍦 1 tsp vanilla extract
🍪 20-25 ladyfinger biscuits
☕️ 2 cups of strongly brewed coffee
🍫 3 tbsp unbleached coco powder

Method:
1. Whip the cream till it develops soft peaks and set aside
2. Cream together mascarpone cheese and sugar till smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix thoroughly
3. Now fold in the whipped cream in the cheese mixture taking 1/3 portion at a time. Do not over mix.
4. Dunk each lady finger quickly in coffee just enough to wet it and place in an even layer in an 8x8 inch glass/ceramic dish.
5. Take half of the filling and spread over the ladyfingers in an even layer
6. Drizzle with coco powder and repeat the process
7. Chill in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours or overnight before serving.

Cheesecake Jelly Jars with Shortbread Crumble ✨

Cheesecake Filling:
225 grams cream cheese at room temp
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
250 ml heavy whipping cream

1. Cream together sugar and cream cheese till absolutely smooth and lump free. Add vanilla extract and mix.

Strawberry Jelly:
I’m using boxed jelly crystals according to package instructions. You’ll need about 400 ml of liquid.
